Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a Production Team Leader within Morriston HSDU.

The role involves leading a team of Technical Officers of different experiences to effectively decontaminate and sterilise medical devices to use in patient procedures and to ensure that this is done in a timely and  efficient manner to meet demand. 

 

 

Main duties of the job

Supervision and prioritisation of production workloads to staff.

Good work ethic required.

Team motivational skills required.

Ability to work under pressure.

Good communication skills required for both internal and external customers.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
