Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Clinical Practice Teacher to join  our Adult Community Inpatient Ward Team within Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation NHS Trust. Are you an enthusiastic, motivated and driven nurse with a desire to develop our workforce?  Would you like to work in Practice Education and make a positive difference to patient care?

Please note this role will be based at Isebrook Hospital, Wellingborough with an expectation to work countywide across all our Adult Inpatient Ward sites (Brackley, Corby, Daventry & Wellingborough)

Main duties of the job

You will need to be enthusiastic about learning, with a desire to support individuals at all levels in our diverse nursing workforce. You should be comfortable teaching in a group as well as 1:1.

As a CQC rated Outstanding organisation we are actively involved in both local and national innovative projects around improving quality of care, integrated working with stakeholders and designing new pathways.

Working for our organisation

NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
