The post hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service Manager for Children's ADHD & ASD Team, CYP Community Eating Disorders & Paediatric Psychology and additionally provide full administration for the ECG/Bloods across the Directorate. Strong organisational skills, IT Skills (including Microsoft packages) and flexibility are required.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider team and Service Manager.
Daily organisation of the office including opening post, distributing appropriately and proactively and delegating
Record queries from face to face/post/email/phone contact, and be responsible for passing on to the most appropriate person if beyond own control.
Tasks involving children’s records; scanning, archiving, emails, appointment booking and checking clinical
Provide admin support for the Service Manager inclusive of for E-Rostering duties, eExpenses, ESR, HR forms, maintaining staff records, facilitating appointments and the checking and sending of clinic
Provide Full Administration support for ECG/Bloods for the directorate (appointments, queries, scanning, letters etc)
Provide admin support with various waiting lists across the services.
Provide support to other members of administrative staff across the service in cases of sickness or leave
Given the vulnerability of the client group and the amount of client contact, any safeguarding concerns to be immediately raised with Team lead or lead clinician.
To offer training and support for administrative staff in the service including bank admin staff, and for clinical staff on systems and data

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- GCSE pass grade in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Desirable criteria
- NVQ or similar in Administration, Customer service or similar
Experience

- Experience of working in an office environment
- Experience of working as part of a Team
