We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Advanced Theatre Practitioner to join our busy, friendly Operating Theatres.
The range of specialties include, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Trauma, Urology, Gynae, Maternity, ENT and Spinal Injuries.

If you are keen to add to your existing theatre knowledge, and are committed to developing and enhancing the quality of care provided in the Operating Theatre environment, then this is the opportunity for you. The department provides a 24 hour emergency cover, therefore, there will be shift work, weekends and night shifts and on call commitment will be required.

As part of our commitment to student ODP's and Nurses, the post holder will be expected to participate in the orientation, supervision and training of junior staff and students.
You should possess:
- NMC Registered Nurse Part 1
- Registered ODP

The Secretary of State has approved the partnership between St Helens & Knowsley Teaching Hospitals and Southport & Ormskirk Hospitals.
