Main duties of the job

The post holders will be supported and responsible for supervision of junior/middle grade medical staff. The successful post holder will be supported to undertake formal training in educational supervision.

The post holders will build on the existing good relationships with primary and community care services so that frail, older people have risk factors identified and can be signposted to services that will support them; to maintain their independence as close to home as possible and reduce the incidence of further crisis.
