Job overview

An opportunity has arisen for a band 3 Team Administrator in the Mental Health Liaison Team.  We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator who enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, IT competency particularly in word, Excel and Outlook and a broad range of administrative experience.  Working as part of a team you must be able to cover for your colleagues in their absence, ensuring the smooth running of the service.

Education / Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Relevant level 3 competency based qualification (such as RSA or NVQ)
  • 2 years previous office experience or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
  • IT related qualification

Experience

  • Use of VDU
  • Working in a confidential environment
  • Secretarial or administrative experience
  • Experience of improving data quality
  • Use of office equipment
