•    Shape conversations
•    Challenge assumptions
•    Influence planning and delivery
•    Provide clinical and professional knowledge
•    Bring skills from their front-line roles and organisations
•    Lead and contribute to meetings and programmes of work

Main duties of the job

As a senior CCPL lead you will bring strategic oversight to one of five portfolios and provide supervision to the other CCPLs working within the aligned team. We invite applications for the following strategic portfolios:

Portfolios are aligned with specific Health and Care Plan Priorities which you will have oversight of, for more information on Partnership Southwark and details of the plan please see: About Partnership Southwark - South East London ICS (selondonics.org)

Working for our organisation

From the Catford Cat to the Brixton Windmill and Chislehurst Caves, South East London is a vibrant, fun, unique and richly diverse place to live, grow, learn and work.

The South East London Integrated Care System (SELICS) brings together the organisations responsible for health and care services in south east London, making the greatest possible contribution to the health and wellbeing of people living in our six boroughs.

SELICS is made up of staff working in many different roles, in different settings, employed in different ways, by a wide range of partner organisations, and are at the centre of our collective ambition for greater integration and better care. Employing organisations include NHS Trusts, GP practices, Social Care and Voluntary sector organisations, social enterprises, dental surgeries, pharmacies and optometrists.

We have an ambitious People Strategy that brings these partners together to deliver the ‘one workforce’ ambition, making the health and care system a better place to work and live.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

•    Provide leadership and support to the areas of work aligned to your portfolio including attending your portfolio’s leadership meeting, as well as linking into south east London Integrated Care System transformation programmes (where relevant)
•    Develop and strengthen partnerships by building relationships with key partners to help deliver our vision of being more inclusive in our approach to planning, redesign, and delivery
•    Connect and build trust with colleagues and residents across traditional boundaries - developing strong networks and relationships that work in service of residents over organisations, places, or professional groups
•    Ensure that service delivery is person centred, outcomes focussed and protective of individual resident’s dignity

The pay range for this role is  £113,300.00 to £128,750.00 pro rata on Minimum of 1 session.  Please do not apply for this role if the salary does not fit with your salary expectations.
