You will use your previous training as a CWP or EMHP to deliver low level mental health interventions to adolescents and the parents of children presenting with mild-moderate anxiety, low mood and behaviours that challenge. As part of this role you will be expected to triage referrals, complete initial assessments, risk assess, deliver 1-1 and group interventions, and facilitate workshops.
There will be occasions where you may be asked to work flexibly e.g. running workshops and groups after 5pm and working across more than one area when needed.
