An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Metabolic Bone Disease Service for a Band 6 Fracture Liaison Clinical Nurse Specilaist.
Experience in orthopaedics is an advantage.
This post is fixed term post until 31 March 2025.

Our fracture liaison service is well-established and delivers person centred comprehensive management of bone health to patients who have had a fracture
We are looking for a colleague who enjoys team working and who has the ability to function as an autonomous practitioner.
You will be expected to liaise with colleagues in secondary and primary care, providing specialist advice to healthcare professionals, other agencies, carers and relatives.
You should have post registration experience in medicine, orthopaedics or equivalent background and be able to evidence Continuous Professional Development.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
