The burns and plastics service in Bristol is a regional specialist service covering conditions such as Sarcoma, breast reconstruction, skin cancer and major trauma patients requiring plastic surgery to cover wounds. The adult burns service operates as a burns unit within the South West Burns UK network, caring for moderate adult burns and patients with major burns, repatriated for rehabilitation from the burns centre in Swansea.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

You would be working within a small Physiotherapy team as part of a large multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Specialist Nurses, Dietitians and Surgeons. The work is varied, covering all adult age groups and involves both in-patients and some out-patients attending acute clinics. Occasionally working on critical care to rehabilitate intensive care burns patients
