As a key member of our Executive Leadership team, you'll spearhead strategic and professional leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and sustainable care across our renowned healthcare service. Reporting directly to the Health Service Chief Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our nursing and midwifery profession, collaborating with executives and clinical leaders to achieve excellence. 

To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record in navigating complex landscapes and delivering on high-level business needs. Your extensive experience in leading and managing large teams will set you up for success. 

But that's not all – your exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative skills will be paramount. Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, executives, and multidisciplinary staff will be second nature to you.

About you  

To be successful in this position you will require: 

·       Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification  

·       Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping Cough), Hepatitis B 

·       Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required 

·       Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed 

Salary  

·         Permanent full time 

·         Base salary from AU$249 849 per annum
