This post has been created to support the work of the community paediatricians in East Berkshire, and the successful applicant will join a team of six consultant community paediatricians and an LTFT associate specialist.

The post holder will work with medical colleagues to provide community paediatric services within Berkshire East, for the prevention, diagnosis and management of paediatric medical problems in children referred to the department.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
